Testimonials

MTL did a great job removing old pavers and installing a new concrete walkway. Would recommend!

Mel and his crew did a great job repairing our rain drain and poured a concrete pathway for us. They did great work and were good at communicating and responding to any questions we had. Would definitely hire again!

We had a fantastic experience working with MTL Concrete & Masonry on our new driveway. It was a pretty big project — about 2,400 sq. ft. — and they finished everything in just 2 weeks without a single delay. That alone was super impressive.  From day one, the crew was professional, friendly, and really easy to work with. They showed up on time every day, kept the worksite clean, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The quality of the work speaks for itself — the driveway looks amazing and has already gotten compliments from our neighbors.  What I appreciated most was how smooth and stress-free the whole process was. And for the level of work they delivered, the price was very reasonable. No surprises, no headaches — just solid, reliable work from people who clearly take pride in what they do.  If you're thinking about getting concrete or masonry work done, I highly recommend MTL Concrete & Masonry. We’ll definitely be calling them again for future projects.

Mel and his crew did a fantastic job on our driveway. The quality of their work was outstanding and they were very flexible as we made some adjustments midway through the job. Highly recommend for your next concrete job!

Mel, was really easy to work with, very quick to respond and gave an estimate with suggestions for ways to improve the drainage of my driveway. He and his crew were able to come out within a couple days after hiring him to start demolition and preparation for the installation. They were courteous, timely and got after it from the beginning. Even with a rain delay, they were able to get the driveway and sidewalk poured within the next week and finished the project in 10 days. It was clear from the beginning that Mel has the expertise and knowledge to help with the design and make the project work for the best results possible. And, the comparative value was excellent compared to other bids I recieved. I highly recommend the MCL team (Mel, Ofa and others) for concrete related project needs.

We recently hired Mel to redo my driveway with concrete, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. Mel was efficient, completing the entire project in just two days, which was much faster than I expected. Not only was the work done promptly, but the quality is also outstanding. The driveway looks great, and the attention to detail really shows. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for the level of workmanship. I highly recommend Mel for anyone needing concrete work done—professional, reliable, and budget-friendly!

Mel and his crew were a joy to work with from start to finish. We asked him to do three very custom projects. Being newbies at the potential for what concrete can do and look like, it took us awhile to arrive at exactly what would work for us. Mel was very professional, supportive and patient in helping us to get where we needed to go. We loved what he did with the three textured/colored concrete steps to our deck, and filling in two brick planters with colored concrete with mounted statuary on both. Thanks, Mel, we're looking forward to working with you on our stamped/textured concrete patio next Spring!

Mel and his wife Ofa were great to deal with. They were very responsive to every inquiry, from first contact through payment. Mel gave excellent advice and turned a mess of cinder blocks left by the previous owner into the perfect concrete path and set of stairs down a steep hillside, from front yard to backyard. The job was done weeks ahead of time thanks to a sudden opening in their schedule. I’m already looking for the next project to hire them for!

These guys did an incredible job with my aggregate concrete patio extension. They were punctual, hardworking, and respectful. Highly recommend to anybody looking for concrete work. My patio looks beautiful now!

Mel and his team did an amazing job installing stairs on the slope in our side yard! Excellent communication, quality of work, and for a great price! We are very happy with the result and highly recommend MTL for any project.

Really pleased with how my concrete parking pad and steps turned out. The site was left a bit messy, though Mel did come by to clean up some, there’s more that I have to do. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for quality concrete work.

Mel and his team did a great job! They came out same day to give me a quote for a concrete pad for a shed, got me on the schedule within the week and completed the work in two days. He’s incredibly responsive, and I appreciated the quality work and professionalism.

It was great working with Mel. I needed a concrete pad for a new shed. He came out right away to give me an estimate and a detailed description of how he would be doing the work. He was able to start right away and did a great job. Shortly after he finished the work and had left for the day a raccoon walked across it and left it’s paw prints. I called Mel just to ask if there was something that I could do. He told me not to worry about it and that he would come back to fix it. He was a good communicator, did great work and I would hire him again for any future concrete needs.

Mel and his team did a fantastic job on over 1600 square feet of cement at my new home. With an extensive patio addition and a large RV pad. the work was done on time, on budget and with outstanding quality control and absolutely no issues. I would certainly use them again and have already recommended them to several neighbors.

Contacted Mel and he came out right away and gave us a fair proposal, just before starting we made a couple changes and he updated his quote. Mel and his team then started the next day and within 3 days our new patio extension was complete. He took a sloped part of our backyard that was unusable and maybe it usable at a fair price. They were quick and professional and works clean.

This was a wonderful experience. They came out quoted a price and were ready to do the job right away. The work was done on time and it looks great! Highly recommend!

From the initial contact, Mel and his crew were quick to respond and answered all of our questions. Our entire patio expansion with the side of our house, the process only took three days. One day to plan it out and two to pour and finish it. His price was more than fair. Very happy to have extra room outside this summer. Highly recommend!

I thought that it will take a week to 2 but they manage to finish up everything with in 3 days and i just can't believe it how fast and accurate they are, professional, and he's really responsive. They even helped me place heavy wood rails along a recently excavated pathway in the backyard. These are great guys who work hard for their customer's satisfaction.

Quick to respond and get the job completed. Having to follow up multiple times to fix some small issues. Was supposed to come back to take care of one issue, but did not. Ultimately I will take care of it myself.
